Every Door, Every Voice, Every Vote

Actioneers is Denver Families Action’s flagship door-to-door field canvassing program, designed to harness the power of trusted community voices to engage Denverites in support of candidates who share our values and vision for a more equitable public school system.
Each election cycle, we mobilize teams of canvassers—known as Actioneers—to ensure that Denver residents are not only informed, but also actively engaged and ready to vote in school board elections that directly impact their communities. This program also raises awareness about when these elections are happening and why they matter, helping more people understand the power of their vote to move our city toward a future where every student has access to an excellent public education.
This program meets people where they are—in their neighborhoods, at their doors, and in their daily lives—to help grow the leadership our schools and communities need.
Our work is grounded in year-round community organizing, listening and cultivating strong relationships with families, educators, and neighborhood leaders. Our canvassing efforts are powered by the people most impacted by public education policy, ensuring that our message is authentic, trusted, and rooted in lived experience, diversity, and perspectives of the DPS community.
Actioneers make sure Denver residents are informed, engaged, and ready to vote in school board elections that shape their communities.
